To return items purchased directly from bookcircus.com:
- Log in to your account on bookcircus.com, go to "My Account" and click on the "Create a Return" link, and
follow the instructions provided to complete the process.
- Once you have completed the necessary steps, you will be emailed a link to a FedEx label with instructions
on how to physically return your items.
- Pack your items carefully and ship them using the provided label. We suggest you keep a copy of the tracking number.

Items purchased directly from bookcircus.com may be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee for up to 45 days after
the date of shipment. Returns received thereafter will not receive a refund. Items must be returned in the same condition
as sold and with any included supplements, such as CDs.
If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, the restocking fee will be waived.
Your refund will be posted to your account once your return is received and processed in our warehouse. It typically
takes 2-10 business days for the financial institutions to process the transaction once we have authorized the credit.
We cannot guarantee that additional supplemental materials originally included with a new book, such as online codes,
will come with the used edition you purchased, unless specifically mentioned in our title.
Used books are considered in good condition even when they contain highlighting, margin notes, or other markings. If you are not satisfied with
your books for any reason, please return it to us within 45 days of the date of shipment to receive a refund (see above for full details regarding our return policy).
