Orders will ship within 24 business hours. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or any holiday will be shipped on the following business day. Business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This may be due to an incorrect address. Depending on our season we can re-ship a package for a nominal fee which is based on the method you instruct us to ship. If we are unable to re-ship your package, a refund less shipping and 10% restocking fee will be processed.
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
1. Incorrect Address.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. If a package is returned to us due to address reasons a refund will be given less the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the "My Account” at the top of your screen. Click “Change Name, Address, Phone, etc…” located under Account Information. Update as needed and “Submit Change”.
2. Failed Delivery Attempts.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. We provide tracking number when your order ships so you can monitor your package. Returned packages will be refunded less the shipping amount and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
3. Refused by Recipient.
The following are some of the reasons a package may be refused.
  • If someone at the delivery address refuses the package (i.e. requests package be returned to sender).

  • If the recipient is not available on any of the delivery attempts.

  • If the recipient fails to pick up a package that is being held at the post office, or FedEx facility, etc. It will be marked “refused” or “unclaimed”.

  • When a package is returned to us undelivered, a refund will be issued less shipping and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    4. Why am I charged a restocking fee?
    If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery of your package they send it back to us. We incur charges from the carrier when a package it sent back whether it is sent back due to refusal or address problems, etc. In most cases the restocking fee is applied to cover these charges.
